Danebank Angling Club
1.) The object of the club is to promote a fellowship between anglers, and maintain a high standard.
2.) Fishing with one rod or pole at any time.
3.) All rubbish MUST be taken away from the ponds and ajoining lands after fishing. The bins provided are for paper/cans/bottles/etc. Please do not leave broken fishing tackle in the bins "Take it Home."
4.) All gates MUST be kept locked during and after fishing.
5.) No ground bait or boillies allowed on club waters.
6.) Barbless hooks only, and no hooks larger than size 12s to be used.
7.) No dogs / radios or alcoholic drinks allowed on club waters and ajoining lands.
8.) No camping stoves / gas bottles allowed on club waters or ajoining lands for "safety reasons".
9.) No Keep nets to be used at any time, except during club matches.
10.) Fishing club waters from 6am till 10pm all year
11.) No night fishing
12.) All members must carry his / her membership card when fishing club waters. No Card No Fishing.
13.) All members must have a "National Rod Licence". This must be available for inspection by the water baliffs or environment agency officer.
14.) Lost keys or membership cards can be obtained from the club secretary at a cost of £1 each.
15.) All members must restrict them self to one peg during fishing No Roaming as this can cause annoyance to other club members.
16.) All juniors (12 to 16 years) must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
17.) No Floating bread to be used on club waters.
18.) To ensure a healthy stock of fish make sure that landing/keep nets are disinfected before and after fishing.
19.) No pre-baiting pegs allowed. All left over bait must be taken away or place in the bins provided.
20.) No fishing poles over the length of 12mtrs allowed on club waters.
21.) To keep the waters and banks in good order and repair, 4 Working parties will be help during the season. As a condition of membership, all members are required to complete at least one of these parties. Any member who fails to meet this requirement will be fined £10.00 and will NOT be allowed to fish the waters until the fine has been paid.
